Lucent Personal-Use License

License grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this License, Lucent grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license to use the purchased Lucent icon files.

You may

• Install and use the purchased Lucent icons on devices you personally own or primarily use.
• Use the files to customize your own desktop or interface.
• Keep reasonable backup copies for your own use.
• Convert or resize files as reasonably necessary for your own personal use.
• Display your customized desktop in ordinary screenshots, screen recordings, streams, videos, or social-media posts.
• Use different purchased Lucent icons across your own personal devices.

You may not

• Sell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or give away the Lucent files.
• Share your paid download or source files with another person as a substitute for their own license.
• Upload the files to file-sharing services, repositories, forums, communities, icon libraries, or marketplaces for redistribution.
• Bundle the icons into another downloadable theme, asset pack, template, application, or commercial product for redistribution.
• Sell modified versions of Lucent icons as an icon pack or asset.
• Claim authorship or ownership of Lucent's original artwork.
• Use your purchase to operate an icon-reselling or asset-distribution service.

Modifications

You may make modifications needed for your personal use, such as resizing, format conversion, or minor adjustments.

A modification does not give you the right to redistribute, resell, or sublicense the underlying Lucent artwork.

Multiple personal devices

One personal-use license may be used across devices personally owned or primarily used by you.

It may not be shared across unrelated users, a company, a team, a school, or an organization unless Lucent later offers a license allowing that use.

Commercial appearance vs commercial redistribution

Incidental appearance of Lucent icons in monetized videos, streams, screenshots, or other content showing your own desktop does not by itself violate this personal-use license.

This permission does not allow distribution of the icon files themselves or incorporation of them into a commercial asset/product distributed to others.

Third-party rights

Some Lucent icons may be designed for use with or identification of third-party applications.

Third-party trademarks, names, logos, and related rights remain owned by their respective owners. This License grants rights only to Lucent's own protectable contributions and does not grant ownership of third-party trademarks.

Termination

The license may be terminated for a material breach, including intentional unauthorized redistribution or resale, subject to applicable law.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
