Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital products sold through Lucent ("Lucent", "we", "us", or "our").

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the applicable Lucent License, and the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

If mandatory consumer law gives you rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

Seller

Lucent is operated by Herman David.

Products

Lucent sells downloadable digital icon files. The exact contents of your purchase are shown on the product and checkout pages at the time you order.

€5 Single Style:

• Dark or Light, selected by you
• PNG + ICO files
• Personal-use license
• No icon-request access
• No general entitlement to future icon additions unless explicitly included at purchase

€10 Complete Pack:

• Dark + Light
• PNG + ICO files
• Personal-use license
• Access to the icon-request program
• Eligible future icon additions / pack updates under the terms stated at purchase

Price and payment

Prices are shown before purchase. The checkout will display the total amount payable and the applicable currency.

Any applicable VAT or other taxes will be handled and displayed in accordance with the seller's actual tax setup and the checkout/payment system.

Payment is due at the time the order is placed. The final checkout button clearly indicates that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

Digital delivery

Lucent is supplied digitally. After successful payment, the purchased files or download access will be made available electronically using the delivery method shown at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address where email delivery or order confirmation is used.

If you pay successfully but do not receive access, contact orders@lucentpack.com with your order information.

File formats and compatibility

Lucent currently provides the file formats listed on the applicable product page, including PNG and ICO where stated.

Before purchase, you should review the product description and any published compatibility or installation information.

Lucent does not guarantee compatibility with software, operating systems, launchers, customization tools, or workflows that are not listed as supported.

License, not ownership

Purchasing Lucent grants you a limited license to use the purchased files under the Lucent License. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or ownership of Lucent artwork or source assets to you.

Third-party apps and trademarks

Lucent may provide icons intended for use with third-party software, services, or applications.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and other brand identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.

Lucent is an independent customization product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by those third parties unless expressly stated otherwise.

Future updates

Where future Lucent icon additions or pack updates are included with a purchase, access applies to eligible additions released through the applicable Lucent update program while that program remains active.

This benefit does not guarantee a particular number, frequency, or release schedule of future icons unless expressly stated.

Icon requests

Eligible Complete Pack customers may submit icon requests through Lucent's request system.

A request is a suggestion for inclusion in the Lucent collection, not a commissioned custom-design contract.

Submitting a request does not guarantee:

• Acceptance
• A specific design
• A specific completion date
• Exclusive ownership
• Exclusive access

Lucent may reject, merge, prioritize, delay, or decline requests, including requests that are duplicative, technically impractical, outside Lucent's style or scope, unlawful, abusive, or likely to create intellectual-property issues.

If an accepted requested icon becomes part of Lucent, it may also be made available to other eligible Lucent customers.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Redistribute or resell Lucent files
• Share paid download access with others
• Upload the source files to public or private asset repositories for unauthorized distribution
• Bundle Lucent files into another icon pack, theme, template, or downloadable product
• Claim Lucent artwork as your own
• Circumvent access/payment controls
• Use the website to commit fraud, attack infrastructure, or interfere with other users

Ordinary screenshots or videos where the icons merely appear as part of your desktop are fine.

Support

Purchase and technical support relates to reasonable issues involving delivery, download access, supplied files, and published installation instructions.

Lucent does not guarantee support for every third-party customization tool or operating-system modification.

Refunds and withdrawal

Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

Because Lucent is digital content, special rules may apply once digital supply begins. Mandatory rights relating to non-delivery, defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

Service and website changes

We may update the website, file organization, delivery system, supported features, or Lucent presentation over time.

We will not use later website changes to retroactively remove rights that already formed part of a completed purchase where doing so would be unlawful.

Intellectual property

Except for third-party rights, Lucent's original artwork, website content, branding, layouts, copy, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The Lucent License controls permitted use of purchased icon files.

Disclaimers

Lucent is provided subject to the product description and the requirements of applicable law.

We do not promise that every third-party application, operating system, or customization tool will remain compatible indefinitely, particularly where third parties change their software.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Termination for serious breach

If you materially breach the Lucent License, including by deliberately redistributing or reselling protected Lucent files without permission, Lucent may terminate the contractual license to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination does not remove obligations or rights that by their nature survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, including Romanian law where applicable.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the website or future transactions.

The version applicable to a completed purchase is the version presented for that purchase, except where a change is required by law or is otherwise validly agreed.
