Data that may be processed
Purchase and order data — when you buy Lucent:
- Email address and name, where the checkout requests them
- Order ID, purchased tier, amount, currency, and payment status
- Billing information required by the payment/tax provider
- Your consent and acknowledgement records for terms acceptance and immediate digital delivery
Payment information
Card and payment details are entered and processed directly by the payment provider (Stripe) on their checkout page. We receive the order result — payment status, email, and purchase details — not your full card information.
Support data — when you contact us:
- Email address
- Your message and order reference
- Attachments you voluntarily submit
Icon request data — if you use the request board:
- The app/icon name you request and any optional note you add
- A hashed vote identifier derived from your IP address and browser agent, used to prevent duplicate votes — the raw values are not stored
Account data — if you sign in:
- Your platform account identifier, display name, and email, provided by the hosting platform's sign-in
Technical/security data
The hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, basic request logs, and user-agent/device information as part of serving and protecting the website.
Analytics
This website does not currently run analytics or tracking tools.
Why we process it (legal bases)
- Fulfilling orders and delivering the product — performance of contract
- Customer support — contract and/or legitimate interests, depending on context
- Tax and accounting records — legal obligation
- Fraud prevention and security — legitimate interests
- Icon requests and vote integrity — legitimate interests in operating the feature you choose to use
Retention
Order and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for support and dispute history.
Icon requests and their vote records are kept while the request feature remains in use.
Who receives data
Only the processors needed to run Lucent:
- Payment provider — Stripe processes the payment itself
- Hosting/CDN — Cloudflare serves the website and provides its security infrastructure
- Database — Cloudflare D1 stores orders, icon requests, and vote records
- Hosting platform sign-in — provides account authentication where used
- Professional/legal/accounting services where applicable
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some processors listed above may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, transfers rely on the safeguards those vendors provide, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses under their own data-processing terms.
Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
- Complain to the competent data-protection authority
Some records — like order and tax data — may need to be retained where the law requires it, even if you request deletion.
To use these rights, contact support@lucentpack.com.
Storage on your device
Lucent stores small amounts of data in your browser's local storage — your cart contents and the requests you've voted on — so the site remembers them between visits. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Children
Lucent is not intentionally designed to collect unnecessary personal data from children. Purchases must be made by a person legally capable of entering the transaction or with any authorization required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data processed.
